Hi to everyone from sunny Orlando.
The dealer conference has been a good use of time. I have been able to see several new pieces of equipment that should round out our line very well and I have been able to catch up with Ricoh employees that have helped us out in the past.
I also did a dry run of the presentation with the presentors for the Total Green Office Solution seminar. In the process I have discovered that Ricoh has some very interesting tools to use to monitor sustainability improvements as the result of implementing our solutions.
And another thing.  Soaring has a new release that is Windows based that solves our “no territory” issues and also allows syncing with Microsoft Outlook.
I still am not used to having all of the RFG dealers at the conference!

Ricoh dealer conference is worth the trip
